Feed the Flock Breakfast

The Feed the Flock Breakfast is held the first Saturday of each month (September thru June) from 8 to 11 am. Come enjoy a home-cooked breakfast at a great price. The standard menu includes eggs (many styles), bacon or sausage, home fries, toast, coffee, fruit and juice. Please invite your family, friends, neighbors and co-workers.

If you would like to help please contact Mark Tillotson.

2005 Annual Report

The idea for the Feed the Flock Breakfast grew out of a fundraising discussion at a Vestry meeting. We are now into our 4th year and the breakfasts have become a part of St. Margaret’s as more than a fundraiser. Even though the breakfasts contributed over $1,000 to the budget in 2005, the bigger contribution is the fellowship that happens on those Saturday mornings.

There are many times when I look out from the kitchen and enjoy the sight of different groups of people enjoying the food and the company. There are also many times when I see that someone has brought a guest with them. We’ve even had people simply walk in the door and ask if they are welcome to stay for breakfast.  It is during these times that I feel we are not just sharing food, but we are sharing the love of Jesus.

I would like to thank everyone who helps work the kitchen. We have a wonderful time. Please join us.

Faithfully,

Mark Tillotson
