St. Margaret's Chapel Guild and Fellowship - Info from the site: "St Margaret's Chapel Guild was founded in 1942. The inspiration came from the Very Reverend Dr Ronald Selby Wright, CVO, TD, Minister of Canongate, who was known as the Radio Padre during the Second World War. As the parish Minister of Edinburgh Castle, he wrote a letter which was printed in The Evening News inviting women named Margaret to put flowers in St Margaret's Chapel which lies at the heart of the Castle. The enthusiastic response led him to found the Guild, under the patronage of Her Royal Highness The Princess Margaret, who took a keen interest in the life of the Guild until her death in 2002.
